Simple daily habits
Drink water regularly, at least 2L per day
Aim for colourful, balanced meals for good energy and focus
Keep your regular sleep without any disturbances, such as phone away 30 min before sleep, and a dark and refreshed room, no caffeine after 2 pm.
Breathe and pause
When you feel tension in your body, stop and focus on your belly breathing. Inhale through your nose for 3 secs and exhale through your mouth for the other 3 secs. Repeat 5 times and be present throughout!
Gentle movement
Easy walk for 10-20 minutes most of the days helps reduce stress and the cortisol
Ideally, walk after meals at lunch or/ dinner. Helps with weight loss/maintenance and reducing stress
