Simple daily habits

  • Drink water regularly, at least 2L per day

  • Aim for colourful, balanced meals for good energy and focus

  • Keep your regular sleep without any disturbances, such as phone away 30 min before sleep, and a dark and refreshed room, no caffeine after 2 pm.

Breathe and pause

  • When you feel tension in your body, stop and focus on your belly breathing. Inhale through your nose for 3 secs and exhale through your mouth for the other 3 secs. Repeat 5 times and be present throughout!

    Gentle movement

  • Easy walk for 10-20 minutes most of the days helps reduce stress and the cortisol

  • Ideally, walk after meals at lunch or/ dinner. Helps with weight loss/maintenance and reducing stress
